Antonina Shevchenko, she is a Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai athlete from Peru, and an artist in mixed martial arts competing for UFC. UFC for the Flyweight Division. She is in the midst of in the Flyweight Division. She is the older sister of the fellow UFC fighter and ex- UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her professional career as a Muay Thai boxer. She debuted in 2003 at the IFMA World Championship Tournament. Shevchenko was the winner of the competition and beat Suzane Mill in the finals by unanimous decision. Antonina Shevchenko won a second prize in 2007, a bronze in 2008, a gold medal in 2011 and then was named the 2016. IFMA World Amateur Muay Thak Champion. Antonia began her professional journey in by ringing in 2003. She took home the WKC K-1 World Championship 2012 for Light Welterweight as well as the Lion Fight Lightweight Championships 2016 and both the WMC World Championships and the Phoenix FC World Championships 2016. Antonina's final bout took place at Phoenix Fighting Championship against Isa Tidblad Keskikangas. She won by unanimous vote. Antonina shevchenko made her debut in a professional MMA fight in 2002 with Anara bayanova in KFK's Cup in Kyrgystan. She won via TKO during the 2nd round. She continued to beat her 2 next fights at WXF X-Impact World Championships, 2003. The result was an MMA record of 3-0. Shevchenko put on a pause from MMA to work on her kickboxing. She then returned to the ring to fight Anissa Haddaoui during Phoenix FC 3 in 2017. Shevchenko was victorious against Anissa Haddaoui's fight in a unified decision. She later defeated Valerie Domergue, at Phoenix FC 4 in unanimity. The promotion ended in 2018 to join Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. Shevchenko defeated Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina utilized her punching ability in order to TKO Nievera in the clinch via knees to the body.
